Scope

These terms apply to use of the Aesthetics by KK website (operated in connection with Kiran Kaur), consultation quiz, online booking and payment journeys, and messaging channels we operate (including WhatsApp Business where offered). By using these services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

Informational and Pre-Consultation Use

Website content, quizzes, and automated or semi-automated messaging are for information and pre-consultation triage only. They are not medical diagnosis, emergency advice, or a substitute for in-person clinical assessment. Call emergency services (999 / 112) or NHS 111 if you need urgent care.

WhatsApp and Messaging

Where we offer WhatsApp Business or similar channels, messages may be stored and processed to operate the service, including by our hosting and messaging providers. AI assistance may be used with human handover available; do not send highly sensitive clinical imagery unless you understand the risks. You must not use our channels for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.

Eligibility and Accuracy

You must provide accurate and complete information when using forms and booking tools. You must be at least 18 unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We may decline or cancel services where information is incomplete, inaccurate, or where treatment is not clinically appropriate.

Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Pricing displayed online is indicative and may change. Final treatment plans, suitability, and fees are confirmed during consultation. Deposits, consultation fees, and cancellation or reschedule rules are as stated at the point of booking or in separate written communications. Consumer rights under UK law apply where you are a consumer.

Third-Party Services

Our website may link to or embed third-party services (for example scheduling or payments). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.

Intellectual Property

Content on this website (text, branding, layout, and media unless otherwise stated) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission, except as allowed by law or for personal, non-commercial reference.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or messaging channels.
