For payments taken through our website (Stripe Checkout), you can open Stripe's hosted portal to download receipts and manage saved cards. Card details are processed by Stripe under PCI rules — we never see your full card number.
When does this portal apply?
▸Paid through this website (Stripe Checkout)
- After a successful card payment, Stripe creates a billing profile for your email.
- Use the same email below to open the secure Stripe portal for receipts and saved cards.
- Card data is handled only by Stripe (PCI DSS) — we do not store card numbers on our servers.
▸Booked without paying online (calendar, phone, or in person)
- If you did not pay by card on our site, you may not have a Stripe billing profile yet.
- Fees taken in clinic (card terminal, bank transfer, or invoice) are managed by the clinic — ask reception or email us for a receipt.
- The portal below only applies once an online Stripe payment exists for your email.
▸Cal.com or other link with separate Stripe
- If you paid inside another booking tool, receipts may appear in that provider’s emails or dashboard.
- Our portal here only covers payments processed through this clinic website's Checkout.
▸Refunds, disputes, or account questions
- Use WhatsApp, phone, or email on our site — we follow our published cancellation and refund policy.
- For card disputes, your bank and Stripe’s process apply; we can help clarify treatment records where appropriate.
